Giveaway Rules

Unless otherwise stated in the direct link to the giveaway, the following terms and conditions apply to any giveaways on my blog in which I personally offer and am responsible for the prize.

ELIGIBILITY

By entering, you certify you are 18 years or older and that this giveaway is legal in your state or country of residence. No purchase necessary to win. A purchase will NOT increase your odds of winning. Void where prohibited, illegal, banned, or otherwise considered a bad idea. By entering, you agree to abide by giveaway rules and that all decisions of the contest coordinator are final.

ENTRY

Please see individual giveaways for specific and available methods of entry. By entering, you agree you are of legal age to participate as deemed permissible by your locality. Unless otherwise stated, you will required to provide a valid email address in order to claim your prize.

DELIVERY

Prizes will be awarded via the email address provided at the time of entry or to the address provided by the winner at the time of contact.

CHOOSING A WINNER

For blog comment entry, winners will be chosen by random.org from all qualified entrants. For giveaways offered through Rafflecopter, winners are automatically selected at the close of the giveaway.

NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via the winning e-mail address. YOU MUST REPLY TO THE WINNING E-MAIL ANNOUNCEMENT WITHIN (7) DAYS in order to receive your prize.

ACCEPTING YOUR PRIZE

When you are notified via your winning email address that you’ve won a prize, YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN (7) DAYS TO ACCEPT YOUR PRIZE. Prizes MUST be claimed within (7) days or they will be forfeited. (NOTE: this does not reply to certificate redemption. Once your gift card has been sent to you, retailer redemption rules and guidelines apply.)

PRIVACY

Blog subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by following the links in the email. Outside of routine automated delivery of blog posts, e-mail addresses will not be used for anything other than choosing (privately), announcing (your email will not be shown in its entirety), and notifying (via email) winners.
