MERRY CHRISTMAS!
With six young children, I don’t need to tell you things get crazy around our house during the “holidaze.” As stressful as the days prior to Christmas can be, the holiday itself is a time for us all to relax, play, and just BE. And our reward is moments and memories like the one here — my then 7-month-old daughter last year, thrilled by the sights and sounds of her first Christmas. With those wide eyes and the hat pushing out her ears, she looks every bit the munchkin elf! :c)
From our chaotic home to yours, we wish you peace and joy this Christmas.

Definitely an ‘aww’ moment! She’s a cutie – you must post a picture of her this Christmas, too. The look of wonder in a child’s eye is worth it all.
I’m blessed to have ‘found’ you this year, Sarah. Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful family.
By the way – I made more cranberry breads, cookies, cornbread and peach muffins with peaches from our own trees that I had frozen earlier in the year. I’m all done baking!! Have collected lots of great recipes.

Aw, you’re so kind, Karen! And I’m definitely a very lucky author to have you as a reader. Thank you so much for all of your comments and support – you amaze me! And you make me hungry. It all sounds WONDERFUL, but you’re killing me with peaches from your own tree! I’d LOVE to have fruit trees! We keep saying we will when we buy a farm – hopefully 2012 will be the year for that!
Have a fantastic Christmas!
